How to understand the menu
(PB) Plant Based
Plant based dietary habits chiefly centre on plants, which do not only include fruit and vegetables but also nuts, seeds, oils, wholemeal cereals, legumes and beans. This does not mean to be vegetarian or vegan, or that meat or dairy products are never eaten.
(SA) Without additives
Free from synthetic or artificial ingredients and additives. The so-called minimally processed foods have been altered without adding or introducing any external substance.
(VG) Vegetarian
A vegetarian diet not only excludes fish and meat but also eggs. However, unlike more restrictive diets like the vegan, it does admit dairy products, i.e. milk and its derivatives, such as cheese and butter, as well as vegetable foods like cereals, etc. Should any of the ingredients in this menu be unattainable at the stated place of origin it will be replaced with another of similar quality.
